| Artist Attributes Success to Ulead PhotoImpact
While we believe that Ulead PhotoImpact is a great product, we still need to see how our customers are putting it to use. In our search for user stories, we see that once a person starts to use Ulead PhotoImpact, they never look back.
That is certainly the case with Cheryl Anne Day-Swallow, a photographic artist from St. Petersburg Florida. Since version 4, Cheryl has been using PhotoImpact to edit, crop, resize and enhance the color on her creative photographs.
Cheryl stumbled upon Ulead PhotoImpact while searching through a retail store for a product that would suit her needs. She went right home, downloaded the trial and found that PhotoImpact was not only affordable, but easy to use.
"I needed something I could use, not study in hopes of some day using," says Cheryl.
Her latest endeavor includes her Butterfly Collection, which went on display at the Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg, FL and can be previewed here http://members.ij.net/photosbyday/b/butterfly.html.
Also using PhotoImpact, Cheryl has enhanced her photos and submitted them to various competitions. Her awards include Tampa Area Professional Photographers Association’s Photographer of the Year in 1999, and, Florida Professional Photographers Association’s Digital Artist of the Year for 2001 and 2002, among others.
While we all know that it takes talent and perseverance to produce award-winning art, we are flattered that Cheryl attributes much of her success to PhotoImpact.
"I feel like there is nothing I cannot accomplish artistically while Ulead continues to make wonderful and useful products," says Cheryl.
Her artwork speaks for itself. Learn more about Cheryl and view her creations on her Web site at: www.ij.net/PhotosByDay.
