All Ulead Plug-ins work with any Adobe Photoshop 32-bit compatible image editor. This is a standard set by Adobe. If your image editor doesn't meet this standard, it should say so in the manual.

GIF-X.Plugin will use the Photoshop background color as the default background color. Please set the Photoshop background color to a specified color before invoking GIF-X.Plugin; then you will have the colored background animation.

Even though I've installed successfully, I can't see GIF-X.Plugin in my image editor.

If you have installed Photoshop, GIF-X.Plugin Installer copies anigif2.8bf to your Photoshop plugin folder automatically. However for other image editors, you have to manually copy it to the plugin folder of your image editor.
