Q:
I can't find the MOV format.

Q:
Where can I download the COOL 360 manual?
A:
You can download the Ulead COOL 360 Manual for free. Please ensure that you have Acrobat Reader installed on your PC in order to read the manual.
Q:
I can't get the COOL 360 plug-in to work with Netscape 4.51, but it works fine with Internet Explorer 4.0 and 5.0. Any suggestions?
A:
If you didn't configure the MIME type for the Web server, then you will have problems viewing panoramic images in Netscape. Internet Explorer will check to see if the plug-in viewer is installed in your computer then check your server (MIME type setting). However, with Netscape you have to ensure that both sites are set properly.
Q:
How do I set a MIME map on my Web server?
A:

If you are administering your own Web server, add the following information to your MIME map:

Associated Extension: .uvr
Content Type (MIME):Ulead/vrml.

If you are not administering your own Web server, please pass this information to your web server administrator.

Q:
Is it possible to put links in my panoramic images?
A:
Unfortunately, COOL 360 does not support this function.
Q:
Why can't I find my camera lens on the list?
A:

If you can't find your camera lens on the list, you can add it manually. Go to Settings/Camera Lens/Custom: select your Focal Length and select Portrait field of view or Landscape field of view. (Please refer to the manual provided by your camera manufacturer to get these settings.)

Then click Save: and select a name for your customized camera lens.
