- After creating your vlog, click Share in the Step
Panel.

In the Options Panel, click Create
Video then in the menu, select Custom. Selecting Custom lets you make specific changes to the compression
settings of Quicktime and Window Media Video formats to
make them suitable for your Vlogs.

To save your vlog in Quicktime format, proceed
to the next section. To save your vlog in the Windows Media
Video format, click here.
Saving
in the Quicktime (*QT) format
- In the Create Video File dialog box, select QuickTime
Movie Files (*mov, *qt) in Save as Type and click Options.
- In the Video Save Options dialog box, set these
options. Set the Compression tab settings first.
Set these options in the Compression tab:
- Compression: MPEG 4 Visual
- Quality: 50%
- Key frame for every: 3 Frames
- Data type: 24 Bit Color Depth
- Select Prepare for Internet Streaming then select Fast Start
- Audio: You can choose from a variety of audio
codecs. Select the one that best suits your need.
For the purposes of this tutorial, select Qualcomm
PureVoice.

Set these options in the Advanced tab:
- Target playback device: Custom
- Select Check data rate then set it to 600

Set these options in the General tab:
- Data track: Audio and Video
- Frame rate: 15 Frames/sec
- Frame type: Frame-based
- Frame size: Standard (320x240)

In the Ulead VideoStudio tab, the only option
the needs to be selected is Entire project. To learn
about the other options in this tab, refer to the
manual or the online help of VideoStudio. |
- Click OK. Back in the Create Video File dialog box, enter a File name then click Save.
Saving in the
Windows Media Video (*.WMV) format
- In the Create Video File dialog box, select Windows
Media Video (*wmv, *asf) in Save as Type and
click Options.
- In the Video Save Options dialog box, click the Profile tab.
In the Profile tab, Select High motion
video for broadband NTSC (768 Kbps)
In the Ulead VideoStudio tab, the only option
the needs to be selected is Entire project. To learn
about the other options in this tab, refer to the
manual or the online help of VideoStudio. |

Click OK. Back in the Create Video File dialog box, enter a File name then click Save.
You have just successfully saved your vlog in either the
QuickTime (*QT) or Windows Media Video (WMV) format. Upload
your vlog to the World Wide Web and share them with everyone. |
