Creating and Saving a Multi-step Task
Part Four: Applying the Task to Multiple Images
The task that you added to the EasyPalette can now be applied to multiple images. First, close the brook.jpg and cliff.jpg files without saving them. You can use the Document Manager to simultaneously apply the task to them together with all your other images. Here's how:
Open all your source images: brook.jpg, cliff.jpg, coastal road.jpg, forest.jpg, hikers.jpg, tower.jpg, and valley.jpg. Select Window: Cascade to arrange them in order.

Next, click in the Panel Manager to open the Document Manager.

Press [Shift] and select the thumbnails of all images in the Document Manager. Drag and drop the task from the EasyPalette to the Document Manager. The task is now applied to all images.

Now that all your images have been edited, you can save them to your \Edited Images folder.
Tip: You can also drag a task from the EasyPalette and apply it to multiple files or folders in the Browse Manager.
Congratulations! You have just learned the way to create, save, and apply a multi-step task. Continue to experiment with the Quick Command Panel and the EasyPalette to record and save your own tasks.
