The Ulead HD Plug-in 2.0 Workflow

Step One : Capture

Connect your camcorder and switch on in VTR mode.

  • Open Video Capture
  • Video Capture should recognize your camera. In Setup, check that Device Control is set to HDV 1394 Device Control and that Capture Plug-in is for HDV MPEG

  • Open Capture/Video, select Device Control and click on Batch

  • Set your destination folder and filename, then start playing the video. Mark-in and mark-out the scenes you want to capture. Be sure to leave at least 3-second handles before and after your desired mark-in and -out points, since the current devices do not respond to the batch capture signal with optimum accuracy

  • Click OK, and OK again to start the batch capture process
