Using the DVD-VR Capture Plug-in and DVD-VR Wizard

After editing the captured video, you can burn it back onto the disc or save it in a folder in your hard disk. The following steps will teach you how to export DVD-VR compatible files using the Ulead DVD-VR Wizard in Video Editor.

NOTE: Your device must support burning to DVD-RAM or DVD-R discs.

  1. Select File: Export - Ulead DVD-VR Wizard. In the Select File dialog box, select the files to be exported. Click Open.

  1. The Ulead DVD-VR Wizard opens.

  • To burn video files onto a new formatted DVD-RAM disc or into a folder in your hard disk, click New Disc Image. Select the DVD_RTAV folder in the DVD-RAM disc or select an empty folder in your hard disk. Click OK.

NOTE: The Blank DVD-RAM disc must be pre-formatted in the DVD-VR format. After formatting, a "DVD_RTAV" folder is automatically created on the disc.

  • To add video files to an existing DVD-VR disc, click Open Disc Image. You will be prompted to locate and select the DVD_RTAV folder in the DVD-RAM disc.
  • To add other video files, click Add MPEG File and then select the compatible MPEG files you want to add in the Select Video File dialog box. After selecting the files, click Open.
    Click Next.
  1. The Select Playlist dialog box appears. Select the playlist you want to export:

  • To export all the clips in chronological order, select All.
  • To create a new playlist, Click Add.
  • To delete an existing playlist, click the playlist you want to remove then click Delete.
Once you're done, click Next. The Edit Playlist dialog box opens.
