| Creating a Rolling Text (Movie Credits) |

The common way to show the end credits in a movie is to use a rolling text effect. This tutorial shows you how you can create this effect for your video projects using the Title Clip tool in Video Editor.
To create a rolling text effect: |
- Click Insert Title Clip in the Timeline window. The Insert Title Clip dialog box opens.

- In the Insert Title Clip dialog box, enter the text for the credits in the Title text window.

Tip: To make a new line, press [Enter]. |

- Adjust the text attributes by using the available options in the Font & Color panel.

Tip: Click Title Safe to see whether your text is still inside the visible area of monitors and television sets. |

To use your media clip (e.g. video) on the timeline as the background for the title clip, clear Opaque Background. |

- Click the Animation tab and under Type, select Fly.
|

- Select an animation preset from the Animation Gallery then click Customize.
