Adding Props

3. Double click one of the props to open it in the workspace. You can also select it and click Apply.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you've added all the props you want to use.

Position your props by dragging them around your page. Move your mouse over a prop and the cursor will change to a pointing finger. Click once to select it. After an object is selected the cursor changes to a hand holding a four-headed arrow.

Fine tuning your props

Now let's resize the props.

1. First, select Edit > Adjust > Rotate and Resize.

2. Now you can adjust a selected object by using the control handles on the corners or along the sides of the bounding box. Use the round corner control handles to rotate, and use the square corner handles to resize while maintaining proportionate dimensions.

Tip: There is one other Adjust tool that you might find useful, Balance Color. Although it isn't really possible to change the color of a prop completely, you can modify it by adjusting the color sliders in the Advanced mode of Balance Color.

Once you've finished adjusting all the props, you may continue to create a background and a border for your scrapbook page. After you are done, print it out and insert it to your scrapbook.
