Creating a Slider Menu in Menu.Applet
A great way of creating eye-catching Web pages is with a slider menu. With Menu.Applet, you can easily design slider menus that expand and collapse with a mouse click, making your Web pages look really dynamic.
Here's how:
| A. Select File > New. Then, in the New Applet dialog box, select Slider Menu and click New. |
 |
B. Specify the general attributes of your applets in the Applet Panel.
1. Click the General tab. Enter 150 for Width and 380 for Height.

2. Then click the Background tab. This is where you set your background for your entire menu applet. Select the Image box and open the folder to find prepared image as the background.

3. Click the Options tab and set the behavior of your Slider menu. Select Retain mousedown state box.

For this project, clear Enable glide and Show all submenus. Set the Menu vertical position to 0. In the Scrollbar list, select Never show. Selecting this option will not display a scroll bar whenever the menu expands.
