In Generate executable file , click Browse to save the animation as an executable *.EXE file. In the Save As dialog box, enter a file name and location where you want to save the packaged animation. Click Save.

Select Loop Count and enter 5 . This is the number of times your animation will play before popping up your message.

Select options under Start frame position and End frame position to start and end your animation on specified areas on your screen.

Enter a message.

Click Font to format the text of your message. Select the font, style, size and color in the Font dialog box and click OK.
The new font settings are displayed in the Export Animation Package dialog box. You are now ready to package your animation.

Click OK.

A message is displayed to confirm that you have successfully created your packaged animation file. Click OK to save the EXE file in the folder you selected.

You can now send your animation file as an e-mail attachment.
