Packaging an Animation File

Ulead GIF Animation makes it easy to share your animated movies with friends. This tutorial teaches you how to package your animation into an executable ( *.EXE ) file that you can send as an e-mail attachment. An *.EXE file automatically plays on your computer independent of a browser. This means that your friends can play your animation directly on their desktops. This is great for creating personalized animated greeting cards.

To package your animation file:

1. Open the animation file you want to share.
2. Select File: Export - As Animation Package (EXE).
   
   
   
3. The Export Animation Package dialog box is displayed.
   
   
   Under Message box style is a list of available style or themes. Select Board.emf for this tutorial. This creates a virtual notepad or greeting card where your message will be viewed after your animation is played.
   
   

   Note : You can add your own background styles to the Message box style list by clicking Import Style.

   
   
4. Select Custom dimensions in Pixels to set the size of your message box. Enter 250 for both height and width.
