Creating your own Animated Emoticons - Yapping Dog Emoticon

Step 4: Use the Clone-Paintbrush tool to clone out the dog's tongue. Press Shift while using your mouse to choose an area of fur to clone from. Then brush over the tongue to remove it.
Step 5: Go to the Adjust Menu and Select Resize (CTRL-G). In the dialog box, choose Apply to: Image & Object(s). Then resize your image to 45 x 45 pixels. Do the same for the original image.
In GIF Animator
Step 1: Open GIF Animator 5 and go to File/New to create a new file. In the New file dialog box, set the dimensions to 45 x 45.
