Creating your own Animated Emoticons - Yapping Dog Emoticon
Here’s another tutorial showing you how to create your own animated emoticons using PhotoImpact and GIF Animator. Import these custom emoticons into your favorite Instant Chat program such as MSN Instant Messenger.
In PhotoImpact
Step 1: Use an image like the one below, and open it in PhotoImpact.
Step 2: Go to the "Edit Menu" -> "Duplicate" -> "Base Image Only" (or CTRL D). Now you have two of the same image.
Step 3: Select the Clone Tool on the Left Tool panel (6 th Icon on the right side). Select the "Clone-Paintbrush" tool (click on the small triangle on the bottom of the icon to select different brushes)
