In GIF Animator:
Step 4:
| Set it to 3 frames |

| Set the Factor to 40 and click ok |

Step 5: If you want to reduce the file size you can click on the Optimize Tab to do so. Try playing with the number of colors in the animation and see how small you can get the file size without much of a quality loss. Then click Save at the bottom right of the preview screen to save it as a GIF animation file.
Step 6: Go to your Instant Messaging program and import this GIF animation into your library of icons. Send it to your friends.
