B. Creating a CD index

A CD index is a printed reference used to preview slideshow project contents without the need to open the project disc in a player or computer.

1. Click then select Print CD Index.
   
   
2. In the General tab, select the Printer, Paper size, then enter the number of copies you want to print.
   
   
3. Click the Layout tab then select Fit CD cover size to print thumbnails that fit the standard CD cover size format.
   
   
4. In the Print range drop-down list, select All photos to print all the slides in the project. For the Thumbnail layout, enter 4 rows and columns.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the Text tab, select Show disc title then enter the title. Adding a disc title organizes the look and feel of your CD index. To change the text formatting of the disc title, click .
   
   
   
   
6. Click Print Page or Print All to print the CD index.
