Part 5: Adding voice
in Voice tab
In the Voice tab, you can record a voiceover file
that will automatically be added to the Voice track at the point where
recording starts and stops. Let us now add a very short voiceover to our clip.
Make sure your microphone is working well.
To add voice in Voice tab:
1.
Play the video clip. At the point where the opening titles appear, click Record
Voice and read the title "Taking it easy".
2. Click Stop
Recording Voice to stop recording. A WAV file is automatically created and added to the Voice track.

If
you need to fine edit your voice file, click Voice Property .
Preview the video and make sure the voice can be heard clearly over the
background music. If necessary, increase the volume of your voice file in Voice
Volume.
Tip: If you have a previously recorded voice file,
you can add it your project by right-clicking the Voice Track and selecting Import Audio: To Voice Track.
To cap our tutorial, let us proceed
to Part 6 and quickly fine tune some of our transition effects. |
