Multi-trim Video allows you to join selected segments of your video and export them as a new video file. You can even select a single segment only and export it as a separate video file.

For this tutorial, however, we will join all the segments that were extracted to create a new "clean" version of the original video.

Step 3: Joining and exporting your video segments

1. To join and export all the extracted segments as one video file, select them and click .

Choose your output format in the menu. Let us select Fast Export Video for now. This will save your video in the same format as your original file.

2. In the Save Video File dialog box, select your location folder, enter a file name, and click OK.

You now have a clean version of your video that you can add to your projects anytime!

NOTE: To continue with your current project, click OK in the Multi-trim Video dialog box. You will be prompted to comfirm if you want your trimmed segments to be added as chapter points in you project. After confirming, Multi-trim Video dialog box will close and the trimmed version of your video clip will be displayed in the Add/Edit Media page. The thumbnail of your video clip will then have a mark to indicate that it has been trimmed.
