- Specify an Output disc format by clicking the CD or DVD icon on the upperleft part of the Launcher. Click Create Video then choose a task option. For CD projects, you can create VCD and SVCD movies. You can also create DVD +VR, DVD -VR, and DivX movies for DVD projects.
- Click Capture Video in Add/Edit Media page.
- In the Capture Video dialog box, select your TV tuner card/capture device from Source.
- Enter the TV channel you want to capture.

- Click Stop Capture or press [Esc] to stop capturing.
You also have the option to edit clips after capturing them. From the Add/Edit Media Step you can use Multi-trim Video, Enhance Video, and Add/Edit Chapter. Use Multi-trim Video to cut out unnecessary scenes like TV ads. Use Enhance Video to insert voice records, add text, and apply transition effects. Or, use Add/Edit Chapter to mark key segments in your video clip.
