Capture TV footage directly into your computer

Capture your favorite TV shows into your computer then burn them into DVD for you to watch them anytime you want.

To start capturing TV footage:

  1. Hook up the broadcast feed from a roof-top antenna or CATV cable onto the TV input jack of your computer. The TV input jack is found either on a TV capture card or an analog capture device. Here is an example of a TV capture card connection:

  2. Specify an Output disc format by clicking the CD or DVD icon on the upperleft part of the Launcher. Click Create Video then choose a task option. For CD projects, you can create VCD and SVCD movies. You can also create DVD +VR, DVD -VR, and DivX movies for DVD projects.

  3. Click Capture Video in Add/Edit Media page.

  4. In the Capture Video dialog box, select your TV tuner card/capture device from Source.

  5. Enter the TV channel you want to capture.

  6. Select the capture format from Format.
