Step One: Inserting Text, Color, and Bevel
Laying the Foundation
The Text:
As with the first tutorial, we're going to use the Comic Sans MS font, 24-point, ALL CAPS. We'll use three different "pieces" of text:
You can insert these in any order you want, the result will be the same. When you're finished, it should look like this:
The Color:
Again, as with the first tutorial, we're going to use the same colors:
- ULEAD -Purple
- COOL - Blue
- 3D - Green
After you apply these colors, the result should look like this:
The Bevel:
This time, select "Chiseled" from the Bevel Mode field on the Attribute Toolbar. Do this for all three pieces of text. The result should look like this:
