Wrapping Video Texture onto a 3D object
 

Video Texture is a unique effect that adds dynamic movement to your video projects. In this tutorial, you'll see how easy it is to combine an original video file onto a part of a 3D object.

To apply a video texture onto a 3D computer monitor, we will be using the following tools: the Object Manager, the Face Toolbar, the Animation Toolbar and additional features found on the EasyPalette.
  1. Open COOL 3D™ Production Studio and create a new project.
 
  1. In the EasyPalette open the Objects node and double-click the picture of the computer monitor under Grouped Objects.

    If you can't find the EasyPalette you might not have it on. Click View: Toolbars Manager > Easy Palette to open it.
  1. Use the Object Manager to select each part of the grouped object for editing.

    To open the Object Manager, click View: Toolbars Manager > Object Manager.

    Under the subcategory Monitor of the LCD select 'monitor'. This will isolate just the monitor part of the 3D object for editing.
