Creating an Applet with Multiple
Sprite Effects
7. The next thing to do is to get
the curtain to close. Let's use the Flag sprite
under Image Effects. To do this, select Insert
Sprites: Image Effects-Flag.
8. Click the folder icon to open the
image. Under Images folder, select Temp4_02.gif.
To set the flag's movement, enter 15 for Precision,
1 for Frequency, 15 for Wind Angle, 8
for Speed, -30 for Rotation, 100 for Amplitude,
5 for Contrast ,and 3 for Smoothness.
Select the Right check box to slightly slant
the flag to the right. Then click OK.

9. Click the Flag sprite in the Layer Pane of the Timeline then click . The Properties dialog box switches
depending on which sprite is active in the Layer
Pane. Click the General tab, and enter
0 for both the X and Y boxes to position
flag sprite on the applet. Then enter 111 and 200
in the W and H boxes to change the
size of the sprite. |

10. Finally, click Preview tab to view the created applet. Select File >
Save to save the applet, and you're finished!.
