The Spotlight effect takes an area or image and runs a spotlight across it. You can adjust the brightness, softness, rotation, distance, color and more.
As with all GIF-X.Plugin effects, you have total control over the size and smoothness of your animation. Adjust the key frames, preview your animation before outputting, and use the Add and Gallery features to save your animation effects into your GIF-X.Plugin Library. |
