Q:	When I try to access the thumbnails features in compositions or objects, why I get the warning message [ creating class not registered failed ] and cannot use the component?
A:	This problem may be caused by the fact that these compositions or objects do not achieve the successful registration to the system during installation, so could you please try the following suggestions: Please download this file "c3d35.bat" and copy it to the folder which you install COOL 3D 3.5. (For Example, C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\Ulead COOL 3D 3.5) Then you copy a file (regsvr32.exe) from Windows\System under Win 98, Me (or WinNT\System under Win 2000, or Windows\System32 under Win XP) to the same folder as step 1). Execute that bat file. You can open Windows Explorer then double-click the file to launch it. Or you can also execute it in MS-DOS mode

Q:	Why does the rendering speed become so slow whenever I created a video file?
A:	Normally, the slow rendering situation may be related to following reasons: The rendering speed will slow when Use Cache View in first run. The rendering speed will slow when create Metaball. The rendering speed will slow when apply textures to Geometric Shapes. You may try the following suggestions to improve the rendering speed: Check Use HAL Rendering to speed rendering. Uncheck "Texture Emboss" to speed rendering when use textures. Adjust Object Quality to Draft to speed rendering.

Q:	Can I import graphics into Ulead COOL 3D 3.5?
A:	Ulead COOL 3D offers many ways to import graphics into the program. Version 3.5 supports Adobe® Illustrator® 8.0 (AI), WMF, EMF, and Microsoft® DirectX® files. Create 2D graphics by importing WMF/EMF files into Ulead COOL 3D 3.5 directly or through the Path Editor, adjusting the extrusion to create 3D titles (enhanced meta files (EMF) are recommended for best results). AI files can also be imported directly into the program or through the Path Editor. Images can be placed in the Path Editor and traced, either automatically or by hand. True Type fonts can also be placed into Ulead COOL 3D. Another exciting feature is the program's ability to import Microsoft® DirectX® files, providing even more creative import options.
